I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Orthopedic Bodyworker with over a decade of experience specializing in Clinical Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Myofascial Bodywork, and Structural Integration.
Since 2012, I’ve focused my practice on understanding and addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to pain, restriction, and soft tissue dysfunction. I assess posture, movement, joint mobility, muscle function, and how restrictions and imbalances in different areas of the body may be contributing to what you’re experiencing.
Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply committed to continuing my education. Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive training and study in clinical orthopedic manual therapy, myofascial bodywork, structural integration, biomechanics, postural and functional movement assessments, manual muscle testing, corrective exercises, and other approaches to understanding and working with the body.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from professional dancers and athletes to individuals recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic pain and movement restrictions. Each session is individualized and guided by a thorough assessment of how your body moves, where soft tissues are restricted, where strength or muscle function may be impaired, and how these findings relate to what you’re experiencing.
